Seller certifies said puppy to be in good health on the date of shipping & has obtained the puppy's Health Certificate by our Licensed Veterinarian.

2. For this sales agreement/health guarantee to stay in effect, This puppy has been given NuVet Plus Vitamins & Needs to remain on it; also the puppy must be taken to a veterinarian of the buyer’s choice and at the buyer’s expense within 72 hours (3 days) of the date of sale for a health check. A signed statement from the veterinarian concerning the puppy’s condition must reach the seller within 5 days of the examination and must be sent in a method that requires a signature when delivered as proof of time of delivery and proof of person receiving the letter containing the document. Failure to do so will cancel this entire contract and relieve the seller of any & all liabilities.

3. If the puppy is found to be ill on its first Vet examination (must be within 72hours of the sale), the seller must then be notified within 24 hours (one day) of the examination by either phone or email. The puppy can then be returned to the seller at the buyer’s expense within 3 days of the examination; or the buyer can keep the puppy, have the buyer‘s Vet treat the illness, send an itemized copy of the Vet bill (showing illness, diagnosis, medicines given-prescription & over-the-counter, and medicine costs broken down by prescription only and over-the-counter) to the seller, and the seller will pay the “prescription only medication costs” up to a maximum of $25. Either of these two options can be exercised by the buyer if a puppy is found to be sick during the first 72 hours (three days) of ownership and the buyer makes proper notifications to the seller within these above listed time frames; No Exceptions. And the buyer understands that the following are not covered; Coccidia,Guardia,Worms, Fleas, Ticks, Ear Mites and or any other internal or external parasites, and that this guarantee does not cover Any Accidental Injury.

4. We normally remove both the front & rear dew claws, but do not guarantee that dew claws will always be removed.. We remove the dew claws on a large percentage of our Puppies mainly for cosmetic reasons only. A small percentage of the pups that have their front dew claws removed, may even grow the front dew claws back after they are removed. The reason they sometimes grow back is because they have a bone inside of them, and because they are removed from the puppy at the tender age of three days. Should you buy a pup from us that dew claws, you can cut the dew claw nails just like the rest of your dog’s nails, or you can have the dew claws surgically removed by a Vet at your own expense.

5. We can not guarantee the height a pup will reach at maturity if the pup is purchased from us . Beagles typically vary in size from 10-16.5 inches in height as measured across the top of the back just behind the shoulder blades. Beagles may compete in tow classes for competitions (13” and under and over 13” up to 15”) but there is no such thing as a 13” and 15” type of Beagle. All of our breeding stock varies in sizes from approximately 4” to 12 Inches tall. All of our Dachshunds are Mini in size (range is from 4 to 10 pounds). Are Pugs are all  average sized.  We Strongly Recommend that All Puppies be Spay or Neutered…….

Provided the puppy/dog is returned to the breeder with a signed statement from a licensed veterinarian that the puppy has a serious genetic or health problem, along with all the health records and the original sales receipt, the seller agrees to replace the puppy of equal value upon availability; at the buyers expense of shipping. There is no cash refunds given:***

1)Within 3 days of purchase: Equal Value of $________& all other expenses for the purchase of the puppy/dog are non-refundable, such as flight, Travel,Delivery, crate, & Misc. Of The Puppy’s Care Ect…

2.) The buyer agrees to provide an acceptable standard of health care for this pup/dog for the entire time of ownership, including regular, annual veterinary examinations, vaccinations, proper nutrition and housing.

3.) After the 3rd day from the date of purchase, if for any sound reason the buyer is unable to keep or maintain this pup/dog, the sell agrees in advance to secure this pup/dog back into the seller’s ownership with shipping costs at the buyers expense, accompanied by the dog’s/pup’s appropriate registration papers (if sold as registered) and complete health records, for the price of $1.00 (one dollar). This guarantee alleviates the possibility of any of our Dog’s/Puppies never ending up unwanted and homeless on the street, and prevents the buyer from searching for a reliable Dog rescue service to take your Dog/Pup. In other words,

“IF YOU BUY A DOG/PUP FROM US, WE GUARNTEE TO ALWAYS TAKE IT BACK FOR ANY REASON AND SEE THAT IT HAS A GOOD HOME.”

HERNIAS: if a hernia is found by our veterinarian,it will be repaired before the puppy is shipped.
Genetics: Certain breeds of dogs have genetic health issues that can show up later in life. While we do are very best, we cannot guarantee the lifetime of the dog. We do guarantee the puppy is healthy at the time it is shipped.
All Sales & Deposit's are Final & Non-Refundable.
COMMON HERNIA'S:

A hernia is a protrusion of tissue or an organ though an opening that is normally closed. Hernias can occur in different parts of the body. An inguinal hernia which is the most common, is a condition in which abdominal contents protrude through the inguinal ring. They occur in the inguinal area, which is located at the inner fold of the rear leg close to the body wall "groin area". The hernia can be a variety of sizes from very small to very big. Inguinal hernias are more common in dogs than cats.

The hernia appears as a soft mass in the groin area. If the opening is large enough, an intestinal loop, the urinary bladder, and/or the uterus can become trapped which can become a life-threatening problem if left untreated; For this reason, it is recommended that all hernias be closed after diagnosis. This can be done concurrently with Spaying or Neutering Surgery which we will do if a hernia is found by our Veterinarian. If you would like our Veterinarian's information we would be more than happy to give that inforamtion to you.
